Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G

Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G was developed to meet the extreme lubrication demands of industry. For this reason, this product acts as a lubricant, penetrant and cleaner that reaches all links, pins, and moving parts of a conveyor chain. Additionally, Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G contains a unique blend of extreme pressure lubricating agents which greatly reduce chain wear and drive power consumption, leading to increased chain life. Furthermore, Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G contains a highly stable wear and friction reducing dispersion of ultra-fine graphite particles. Due to this graphite film applications receive boundary lubrication which helps to prevent metal to metal contact. Moreover, Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G has high corrosion protection, water-displacing, and acid atmosphere resistance properties, enabling Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G to be used in the most severe and demanding industrial applications.

Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G can be used in applications where temperatures can range -30 °C (-22 °F) up to 482 °C (900 °F).

Chain Lube 3000 HL-Mod.1G was specially formulated to be applied by ALT’s automated lubrication systems.
