Series Progressive Lubrication Systems
Series progressive systems are positive displacement proportioning systems. Pistons in each valve unit displace a positive amount of lubricant to the bearing or lubrication point. The progressive, sequential operation of the pistons provides for single point monitoring of the entire system. If one of the pistons is working, they are all working. If one of the pistons is not working, none are working. Progressive Series systems can be configured for Manual Lube Applications right on through to fully automated, monitored system. A comprehensive offering of pumps, controllers, etc. are available.
Positive Displacement Injector Systems
Injector lubrication systems are single line, parallel systems. Each injector operates independently. Piston’s in each injector displace a positive amount of lubricant to the bearing or lubrication point. Injectors are available with adjustable output which provides for convenient , on site adjustment of the lubricant delivery to each lube point. Single line design makes installation and trouble shooting a simple procedure. Injector systems can be configured for manual lube applications right on through to fully monitored, automated systems.
Dual Line Systems
Dual line lubrication systems are parallel, positive displacement systems. Each of the dual line valves has pistons that displace a positive amount of lubricant to the bearing or lubrication point. The travel and the output from each piston is adjustable which provides for convenient, on‐site adjustment of the system. Hydraulic lubricant pressure is used to move the pistons in both the discharge and reload directions making the dual line system ideal for use with heavy lubricants, in cold environments and where long distances are required. Manual to fully automated systems are available.
Single Point Lubricators
Single‐point lubricators are simple in design, but very effective at delivering grease or oil to bearing or lubrication point. Single point lubricators lend themselves well to areas where bearings are difficult to access. Spring, gas and electrically operated units are available. Refillable and non‐refillable units are available.
Remote lube set ups bring the grease fittings to a safe and accessible area. A comprehensive offering of manifolds, fittings, tubes, clamps, mounting hardware, etc. is available for remote lube installations.
Gravity Feed Oilers
Gravity feed oilers work in a wide variety of applications. Various reservoirs are available to suit the environment that the units will operate in. Manual, solenoid and automated controls are available.
Single Line Resistance
Single line resistance systems are low pressure oil lubrication systems that are designed for light or medium machinery requiring up to 100 points of lubrication. Two types of systems (manual and automatic) are available to meet virtually any industrial application.
Circulating Oil Systems
Circulating Oil Systems provide continuous flow of liquid to bearings, gearboxes, and blowers. They circulate various liquids such as oils, synthetic lubricants, ethylene glycol, etc. Circulating Oil Systems are commonly used for heavily loaded bearings operating at high speeds and temperatures. They are suitable for use in extremely dirty and corrosive environments. All Circulating Oil Systems are quoted specifically to customer requirements.
Fully automated or manual spray systems are available for a multitude of applications. Fluids commonly sprayed include lubricating oils, greases, metal working fluids, etc. Spray systems are designed specific to the customer’s requirements.
